How to Help

Victim Services of Kingston and Frontenac is a community-based service that utilizes specially trained volunteers to deliver a variety of different programs.

Dealing with a Crisis?

Dealing with a crisis is something we may all face at some point in our lives. Sudden death, including homicide, suicide, physical, sexual or emotional abuse, robbery, collisions, fires can strike anyone at any time. In addition to fear, rage, isolation and confusion, one may experience intense psychological and physical distress. Immediate emotional support, practical assistance and appropriate referral can help victims and survivors cope with a crisis.
